This includes offering assessments to help identify aptitudes and interests, providing information on various career pathways and the skills required for them, and offering guidance on educational and training opportunities. Furthermore, the Institute supports educators and parents, equipping them to provide informed support to the young people in their care. Ultimately, the Institute’s efforts contribute to a more informed populace capable of making fulfilling career choices, fostering individual success and contributing to the nation’s overall development.

Our Leadership Team

Board Chairman – Advocate Canaan F. Dube

Canaan is a highly respected commercial lawyer with extensive experience in corporate governance, investment, and leadership. He is a dual-registered legal practitioner in Zimbabwe and Botswana, a World Bank Consultant, and a Zimbabwean representative on the ICSID Panel of Conciliators. He currently chairs multiple prominent boards and is a leading authority on corporate governance in the region.

Lovemore Tsvangira -Executive Director

Lovemore brings over two decades of expertise in customer experience, sales, and marketing, including roles at the Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe and Dandemutande. He is a certified International Career Master Coach and executive leadership coach, a skilled organizational trainer, and the founder of the Institute. He also serves on the CEO Africa Round Table CEO of the year adjudication committee.

Samson Mavende (Non- Executive Director)

A highly accomplished Chartered Accountant, Samson brings decades of experience as Finance Director of several leading Zimbabwean companies, including CAPS Holdings, Olivine Industries and Turnall Holdings. He is currently Finance Executive at Tongaat Hullet Zimbabwe. His expertise spans auditing, reporting, financial planning and analysis, company turnarounds, corporate secretarial, governance, debt restructuring, and capital raising. He is a proven financial leader with a track record of driving financial stability and growth.”
